Items must be returned in new condition within 7 days for a refund – any damage, wear, usage will be deducted from any refund payments.

Items may be exchanged during the 7 day period for an identically priced product – sheath or handle color mistakenly ordered etc.  The buyer pays return shipping for all service, returns, exchanges, or maintenance agreements on products.  At this point no sharpening or refurbishment services are offered as of 1-8-24.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card.
