The nakiri chef’s knife is a nearly straight edged keen vegetable slicer – the blade is thin and agile and laser sharp allowing fast, accurate push cuts through appropriate materials.

This batch features a 7″ Crucible S35VN particle metallurgy steel blade at 60-61 Rockwell hardness for superior edge retention and easy stainless maintenance along with 304L hardware and a hybrid “yo” style handle with black micarta scales.

These knives are a direct competitor to the highest quality Japanese and German cutlery with a <.004 terminal edge, 60-61HRC blade and all stainless and black micarta construction.
